Commercial cleaning is a big job, and our ten step system has proven to get the job done quickly with consistent results. Our ten standards include:
- Controlling the appearance of floors by
vacuuming using high-efficiency vacuums with HEPA filtration
- Mopping hard surface floors with biodegradable
cleaning products
- Dusting horizontal surfaces of desks, chairs,
tables and filing cabinets with microfiber cloths
- Sanitizing telephones and door handles
- Emptying and damp-wiping waste receptacles
- Removing smudges around light switches,
doorjambs, push plates, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work
areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing all water fountains
- Thoroughly cleaning restrooms including
mirrors, partitions, urinals, sinks, toilets using a germicide, and
mopping with a disinfectant
- Removing soil on entrance doorframes, handles,
glass and thresholds
